Questions, with the detail left in.

Front page has the quick answers. Here they are again, properly.

Speed

How quick is this really?

PDFs alongside the form and you normally have the answer that day, with money roughly a day behind the signature. Send the form and promise the statements later and nothing happens until they turn up. That is the whole story on speed.

Can we jump the queue?

There is no queue to jump and nothing to pay for one. Get the PDFs in with the form and you are already at the front.

The statements

Why twelve weeks?

One month could be a fluke. Three in a row show whether takings are steady, up and down with the season, or sliding. That is the thing being priced. Send more than three if you have them.

What if we bank in two places?

Send the one the trade goes through. If it is genuinely split, send both and tell us which is which.

Can my bookkeeper do it?

Yes, if they have the link. The signature at the end needs to be somebody who can sign for the business.

Money you already owe

We are mid-way through an advance.

Happens all the time, and the form asks about it. What is left on it changes what can go on top. Do not round it down - it shows up in the statements ten minutes later anyway.

My credit is rough.

The account is what counts here. A thin file or a bad year a while back rarely ends it on its own.

Where the file goes

Who actually reads it?

Whoever is handling it here, and the funders we take it to. Nobody else. Nothing gets sold. The privacy page has the detail.

What if we do not like the offer?

Then say no. It costs nothing, it does not close anything, and you can come back later. Until you sign, nothing exists.

If things go south

Trade has dropped off since we signed.

Ring while the next payment is still in front of you. There is something to be done before a miss and almost nothing after one.
