What this covers

Using this website, and sending in an application through it. The site explains what a funding office does and gives you a way to ask for funding. It is not an offer, it is not a promise of money, and it is not financial, legal or tax advice. Where a figure appears as an example, it is an example.

Signing the form

Your signature does two things: it lets us assess the file, and it lets us take it out to funders. It does not create a funding agreement, and it does not oblige you to take anything. Funding itself runs on its own separate agreement, which overrides this page wherever the two differ.

What you are telling us

• You are 18 or over and allowed to apply for this business.
• What you typed is right as far as you know.
• The statements are that business's real ones, unaltered.
• The money is for trade, not for the house.

Forms found to carry deliberate lies get refused, and may get reported.

Trade only

What we arrange is commercial. It is outside consumer credit, none of those protections apply to it, and it cannot be spent on personal, family or household things.

Behaving on the site

Do not poke at it, flood it, or try to get round its controls. Do not apply for businesses you cannot sign for. Do not upload anything nasty. Do not scrape it. Any of that and access stops.

Whether it works

The site is as you find it. We mean to keep it up and correct and we work at it, but we promise neither, and any part of it can change or vanish without warning.

A link leaving here goes somewhere we do not run. What is on it, and what it does with anything you give it, is down to them.

What we are on the hook for

As far as the law lets us, not for indirect or knock-on losses from using this site. Nothing here tries to duck liability the law says cannot be ducked.
